– Issuance of temporary ID cards
– A comprehensive rights & responsibilities briefing in their native language
– Initial matching to housing and job placement
Each worker receives a personal welcome kit with:
– Proper work clothing and footwear
– Local and international SIM cards
– Basic translated information materials
– Professional orientation, including safety and height training, and workplace conduct guidelines for Israeli construction sites
We also operate a multilingual support team of interpreters and personal coordinators who remain available throughout the workers' stay in Israel.
